The brothers Cyrus and James Clark founded the company Clarks in 1825 in Street, a village in the English county of Somerset. In the early 1950s, her descendant Nathan Clark developed the Desert Boot, which was inspired by shoes discovered by British army officers at a bazaar in Cairo. In 1967 Clarks acquired the license and the right from the German company Sioux to produce and sell the Grashopper shoe. A shoe that, like the Desert Boot under the name Wallabee, is a true timeless classic and an enrichment for your shoe collection.
